Additional benefits will be granted starting from January 13, 2025, will be on top of the gross compensation and will include vacation pay, Christmas bonus, and pension contributions. Other benefits, regardless of their designation, are voluntary payments made by DAcoord. There is no legal entitlement to these, even in the event of repeated unconditional payments. They are granted only if the contractual relationship has not been terminated at the time of payment. If the contractual relationship ends within three months of the granting of these voluntary benefits, DAcoord is not obligated to make payment and is entitled to reclaim any payments already made.
