Yes. The Starter plan is free to use, with everything you need to run your first negotiation end-to-end. You can upgrade to Pro or Business whenever you need more.
No. You can keep every negotiation in your history forever, and resending one is always free. What's metered is creating new negotiations with AI: Starter includes 5 AI-powered negotiations per month, Pro and Business have no limit. We don't charge per participant either.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we only charge the price difference for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, so you keep everything you've already paid for.
Anything that's already running keeps running until it's finished — we never lock you out of a negotiation mid-process. The new plan's limits only apply to negotiations you start after the downgrade takes effect.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, you go back to the free Starter plan — you keep using DAcoord, you just no longer have the Pro or Business features.
Nothing gets deleted. You keep full access to everything you've negotiated — documents, message history, attachments — and you can resend any of them whenever you want, since that's always free.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell it, don't use it to train external AI models, and don't share it with third parties for marketing.
